What KajLagbe is

KajLagbe is a marketplace that connects people in Dhaka who need a task done (customers) with people who do tasks (taskers). KajLagbe is not the employer of taskers and does not perform tasks itself.

Accounts

You must give accurate details and keep your login private. One person, one account. Taskers must pass identity (NID) verification before making offers.

We may suspend accounts that break these terms, try to move payment off the platform, or put others at risk.

Posting, offers and payment

Customers post tasks for free. When a customer accepts an offer they pay through the app. The tasker is paid after the customer confirms the job is done, or automatically 48 hours after the tasker uploads proof of completion if the customer neither confirms nor reports a problem.

Problems and disputes

If something goes wrong, use “Report a problem” on the task before payment is released. Both sides can add evidence. KajLagbe aims to decide within 72 hours and may release, refund, split or ask for the job to be redone. KajLagbe’s decision on a dispute is final within the platform, without limiting your legal rights.

Conduct

No sharing of phone numbers, links or other contact details before a job starts, no harassment, no illegal or unsafe tasks, and no fake reviews or referrals.

Liability

Taskers are responsible for the work they do. To the extent the law allows, KajLagbe is not liable for loss or damage caused by a customer or tasker. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under Bangladeshi consumer law.
