Before the job

Taskers are NID-verified before they can make offers, but verification is not a guarantee. Read reviews and chat in the app first.

Keep contact and payment in the app. Never pay a tasker directly or share OTPs or PINs.

During the job

For in-person tasks, meet in a safe place where possible and tell someone where you are. You can book for a family member and the tasker will contact them.

If something feels wrong

Stop and use “Report a problem” or the report button on any message. In an emergency call 999.
