What we collect

Account details (name, phone or email, country, optional university), task details, messages, photos you upload, payment records, and for taskers NID images and a selfie for verification.

Technical data: a hashed (not raw) IP address and device identifier, used to prevent fraud.

How we use it

To run the marketplace, verify taskers, process payments through our payment partner (bKash), prevent fraud and abuse, resolve disputes, and contact you about your tasks.

Who can see what

Task titles, descriptions, an approximate location (about 500 m) and first names are public. Exact address and phone numbers are shown only to the other party once the job starts. NID documents are visible only to KajLagbe verification staff.

Phone numbers, links and similar details in public text are hidden automatically.

Sharing

We share data with service providers that host the app and process payments, and with authorities when the law requires. We do not sell personal data.

Your choices

You can update your profile, and ask us to delete your account or get a copy of your data at support@PLACEHOLDER-kajlagbe.invalid. Some records (such as payments) may be kept as the law requires.

Photos

Location and camera details (EXIF) are removed from uploaded photos.
