Refunds
Before the job starts
If you cancel before the tasker starts, the payment is refunded to your bKash account.
If something goes wrong
Use “Report a problem” on the task before the payment is released (you have 48 hours after the tasker uploads proof). Add photos or notes. KajLagbe reviews both sides and may refund fully, refund part (a split), release the payment, or ask for the job to be redone.
After release
Once you confirm the job (or the 48-hour window passes), the payment is released to the tasker and can no longer be refunded through the app. Contact support if you believe there was fraud.
Timing
Refunds are sent through bKash and usually arrive within a few working days. KajLagbe cannot guarantee payment-partner processing times.
